savage 10fp brake

Looking to get a muzzle brake for Savage 10FP 20" (also needs threading work).

2 questions:

1. What brake would you recommend? Too many options out there, looking for quality of course and a reasonable price.

2. Who in Socal could I get threading/installation work done by?
