got the rifle out this weekend and decided to try and push it out to 800yds and it went very well in my book
we were shooting 2.5gal water jugs stacked 2 high and 2 wide
first 3 rounds were misses short. windage was right on. once i got my hold over figured it was right on target for the next 4 shots.
we then headed to 1000 with high hopes. first 5 were short. got my hold over figured out and ran hits with the next 5 the 6th shot was a miss due to shooter error but all in all it was amazing to see this rifle perform the way it did at both distances.
i used factory hornady 180gr. sst ammo and i am very suprised the way it all panned out.
