What would be used on the side accessory rails that are on the 110BA ?

I may consider buying one some day but the first thing I will do is ditch that gearqueeralicious monstrosity and get a Farrel base.

eta: To actually answer your question instead of just rant the side rail is to mount an IR designator etc but honestly 99.9% of those with an IR designator etc are using an AI, DTA, TRG etc (lets not revisit the AI vs Savage pissing match please).

Beer/Sasparilla Bottle opener mount. They make them for picatinny rails now.

Yeah I would have much rather had Savage save the money in making those and knock it off the price, either just include the base they are using on the new HS model, or no base at all since most guys will want a 30-40moa anyway for the LM

Dang I thought somebody actually figured out what they were for. Other than looking tacticool I can't think of anything I would put on there that would be of use at long range. Btw I own one and the rail is still on. Lol didn't want to wait for a new base so it's in use. Might have to get a bottle opener for it, then it would be usefull after shootin
