im hoping theres someone on this site who has had one of these. not quite sure what model it is. savage did an awesome job at turning their rifles into alphabet soup! its a savage 116 in .338 win. mag. black synthetic stock, stainless fluted barrel, on/off compensator, the rifle is a pre-accutrigger. the rifling is in really good shape. an all around very well maintained rifle. please reply if u have had a positive or negative experience with these rifles. im not too worried about payin the $600.00 for the rifle unless im gettin screwed then i probably deserve it anyway. or does someone know of a way to research the rifle by serial number? any input is appreciated
