In the exact same rifle, I shoot the 75gr HPBT 0.010 off the lands over 24.0gr Varget (very slightly compressed in RP brass) and put 5 shots into .464 @ 100yds off sandbags...and I'd consider myself a fairly marginal shot.

Chrony came in last Friday so hopefully I'll be able to get some velocities in the next couple weeks.

1/9 twist on my rifle. It shoots best (so far) with 69 grain smk with just a little bit of jump. 23.8g varget. Not a fast load though is the best shooting I have found. My groups began to open up noticeably at 24.3 grains, so I just stuck with the lower charge. Works great out to 500ish. Maybe farther, but have not taken it there.

Mine does not seem to like the heavier bullets, but I have not tried the AMAX.

I use the 75 gr Amax with 23.8 gr Varget as well out of my 12FV. I get 0.75 inch @ 200 yards.

The 68 gr HPBT seems to group the best at 0.55 inch @ 200 yards, but just won't carry past 1,000 yards even with 20 moa rail...
