Was in a shooting mood so rounded up some stick on targets and set them up on my 100 yard line.
The rifle in question is a Savage 93R17 BRJ. Spiral fluted heavy barrel, accutrigger.

All shots were taken on bipod. No rear support from the hood of a truck due to the rough terrain. Ammo is Winchester 17Gr. 17HMR at 2550 fps. Dimensions given are overall outside. I believe you would minus the diameter of 1 round to get center to center. In this case. 0.172"
Fired a cold bore sighter shot to check zero then fired a 10 shot group.
