Savage 300 PRC

Looking at buying a X-Caliber barrel in 300 prc. What twist do most run and contour? I don’t mind a varmint contour like the 12fv I currently have in 6.5. Gonna b my new play barrel or just buy a Howa 300 prc

If it was me buying a 300 PRC barrel I would go with a 28" finished length, M24/40 contour with a 9 twist. Actually have that barrel on order now
