Rifle Scopes Savage 93 BTVS

A buddy brings me the above rifle, a 30mm scope and some reasonably cheap rings to install and sight in for his wife. The rifle has a two piece base installed from the factory.

The rings seem right but the cross slot is smaller than the ring bolt. I checked it with a pair of Badgers and found the same thing. So I figure I have a weaver sized rail. The overall size of the exterior of the rail eyeballs really close to a Badger rail I have on hand. Who makes decent yet reasonably inexpensive rings for this application. It would be a real plus if I could source them locally at a Bass Pro or the like.



Thoughts please.

Burris Signature Zee rings come in 30mm and has the inserts included.
