there are at least 3 threads on the 10pc going now. we all answered in that one. all the savage guys will say savage, some remmy guys will say remmy. you already mentioned howa and then someone will say tikka. lol, no but really, there are alot of threads on this already. buy the savage

I own the savage you are looking at. Great out of the box rifle . But like its been said you just have to choose what flavor you like. I like mine and would recommend it. Mine shoots easy sub moa with hand loads or fgmm.

They will all shoot just fine lol. Im gonna lean to the savage since all mine have shot well without and tinkering and they are very easy to swap barrels on.

Years ago, I had a Savage 10FC that was factory chambered in .260, and later did upgrades with barrel, trigger, and stock. The 10FCP does all the things (and more) that I wanted and had done on my custom. It was quite accurate all the way out to 1Km with the original 24" factory barrel. It now runs 140/142's at 2850fps out of a 28" L-W barrel.
I recommend the 10FCP, based on recent experience with a baseline 10PC .308. The baseline Accue-Stock shoots especially fine.
I cannot personally speak about the Howas, but I hear good things about them.
