I have a 10FCP-McMillan cut and re-crowned (11degree target crown) at 20", very handy and very accurate (.35 to.44 ctc 5 round groups with hand loads).

None that meet your other requirements.

Closest fluted model is probably the 10 Predator Hunter Max 1, but the 'flutes' are really just for appearance.

I would highly browsing the Savage Arms website to compare/contrast the different models; don't have to be too savvy with a computer to do that.

The fcpk is close but 24" barrel, the sr is close on the end with the 18". Like said above grab a hog hunter swap the barrel and stock and you have what you want. I have a flcpk.
