Savage FLCP-K and CDI bottom metal

G'day everyone,

I live in the Northern Territory of Australia and have been slowly getting my savage 10 fclp-k to an ok standard. Parts and good advice is pretty hard to come by over here.

The problem I'm having is I have ordered a CDI bottom metal kit for my rifle (4.4inch action screw spacing), but am unsure if it will work the bolt release in the accustock being situated in front of the trigger guard. I am looking at getting a choate stock in the future, but in the meantime would like to get the CDI kit working.

Has anybody had any experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had no luck with bottom metal for my fcp-k. I emailed CDI about two months ago, never received a response.

I went through the same thing with my flcp-k, I couldn't find any manufacturer that makes bottom metal that will work with the bottom bolt release. I ended up ordering the extended magazine from Sharp shooter supply, and had to wait a few months to get it.
