Savage MSR 10 Long Range 6.5

Anybody have any experience with these?? They are set up a lot like JP PSC-12 or first gen LWRC REPR, but at a more economical Savage price. A lot of gun mags gave them decent reviews, then again, that’s the press. I did a search and nothing came up.

I have one. I haven't shot it much, but it is accurate so far with Winchester 140 match shooting sub-moa. It's heavy but very soft shooting. It is a lot of gun for the money.

Ive also got one (although I converted a hunter model into a long range model sans side charger). I've played with a few different configurations. I wrote up a few reviews/tests on it and happy to post links if your interested.

Factory barrel shot pretty damn well(.75MOA), Aeroprecision barrel shot about same (.75) Dracos 6.5CM barrel shot better (1/2MOA).

On a side note: I really like mine but I don't shoot it enough. Bought it as first AR10 build and simply tuned it and ready to move on. I'm consolidating to focus on bolt guns for competition. If your interested, I'll be putting mine up with all three barrels, two triggers, two grips and few other goodies (feel free to shoot me a PM if interested). If buying new, I think it's a good rifle overall.

I have one that shoots great. It has a fantastic feature set and mine has been flawless. I've taken it out to 1350y thus far. I shoot hornady 140 eld's but the ammo has not always been consistent even out of the same lot. I have other reports from shooters echoing that as well. That aside, the rifle has proven to be very accurate.
