Looking into purchasing a Proof .308 barrel for my Savage model 10 for a hunting rifle. What is your guys experience with these barrels? How did the install go? Did you use a different barrel nut than the factory nut? How was the accuracy when you got the barrel installed? Also how was the weight difference?
