Rifle Scopes SB PMII 3-20x50 vs US optics sn3 tpal 3.2-17x44

Hello all,

I'm in the market for a new scope i will mount on a 300wm that i will use for hunting and steel shooting;
I can have both scope for quite the same price and delay;
i have no experience with these two scopes but used to use a 5-25 PMII .
For me the ruggedness and tracking are the most important quality,considering the reticle i like the gen 2 XR US optic propose but not in love with SB reticle.
For the people who use both scopes ,give me your advice please?

Being in France would there be an ITAR issue if you need to send the USO back to the USA for repair? If so that would be a show stopper for me, and just throwing that one out there as food for thought. I have no idea either way on it.

Love my S&Bs, but haven't tried the 3-20x yet.

The only valid reason to pick the uso over the 3-20 is if you cannot afford the 3-20.
