Hadn't gotten that far yet, monkey cum is what I use as resin in rings and mounts.

Kinda important to know what it's being mounted on, chassis/stock it's going in (for front rail clearance) and whether it's the illuminated version or not.

Do you want a one piece mount or rings? Me personally, I’d go with a SP-4001 for a one piece mount or a set of ARC rings.

ETA: I thought I read 5-25. Not 5-20. So as stated below, you need that Spuhr mount.

For a one piece mount the Spuhr SP-4036 is the only one that will fit the illuminated version. It’s 1.35” height which is a little high but you’re going to need a little height on the long action since the objective bell will probably sit back on the rail a bit.

Pretty much any rings will work so long as they’re the right height.

You’ve kinda got a double edged sword with a regular stock with no adjustable cheek, and a super short scope over a long action rail.

I’d change either the stock or the optic and go from there because they aren’t going to jive unless you want to stuff a crap ton of padding under a stock pack to lift it up.

I am having this same issue with my 5-20x50 S&B, I have the Spuhr mount but I need 1.5" height not the 1.35" that it currently is. It's strange Spuhr chose that as their only height scope mount for that particular model.

This is on a SA, so I think you will need a full rail on a LA, and probably have to mount it pretty far forward unless you go up in ring height.

for one piece mount its either spuhr or the era tac. i have a spuhr on a long action (mk 13 mod 7 clone) and works.
