I just picked up a couple of used S&B Precision Hunters from SWFA. One is a 2-12x42 and the other a 4-16 x 50. Both have exposed elevation turrets with index marks. I've done a search online and can't make heads or tales out of the incremental adjustments. Some sources say .200" per click, others say .360". One session at the range should tell me the answer, but I thought I'd check here first.
