I am looking for information on the M62 S&L rifle that is single shot in .308, has what looks like a 3 position stock, and front sight. I am hoping to find the rear sight. Any info on it will be appreciated, and a rough idea on what they go for would help me see if it's affordable for me. Thanks.

Re: Schultz&Larsen M62

The only Iron sighted S&L I have is a .22 target rifle. But I am assuming they used off the shelf sights, like Globe, Solothern or something similar. My front sight uses Anshutz inserts, No clue who made the rear.

Try searching for other surplus type rifles that tend to also be used as target rifles. Swedish Mausers, CG-63 CG-80 etc.

There is a guy in florida that moves a bunch of the above.

Get out your calipers and measure the hole placement, diameter of the receiver etc. Is it side or top mounted... (bet the receiver is 1.33 or 0.66r) You might get lucky and find a sight that fits or be able to get a used Redfield mounted without too many modifications.

Do you by chance have the manual for this? I recently came into a model 65, think the bolts might be the same and would love a schematic or a takedown guide.

You may have one of their 300 meter rifles, and fine rifles they are-there is a good chance it will take a number of precision rear sight, I don't know for sure, but I'd call Champions Choice, they carry all manner of fine sights. Many of those rifles were chambered in 6.5 x55, but I believe your 308 would be more desirable as a collectors piece.
