Unless I’m mistaken, the weather patterns seem less intense since we dropped into the solar minimum. They were much more extreme a few years back around the solar max peak.
This weather extreme thing is not influenced by men, likely the recent major weakening of earths shields (AKA the magnetosphere) have more to do with it. There are major changes on other planets recently as well.

There‘s no “science” in AGGCC. Really the ONLY thing that’s clear is that CO2 has very little to do with it (being a “trace gas” and all).
Most scientific frauds burn out much quicker. Since this one serves Marxism, maximum government control over all people, we can’t seem to get past it no matter how much evidence of the ongoing fraud there is. The only one like it in the modern era is another “progressive” fraud, eugenics. That one also went into text books and was taught to children for decades. It is amazing how the trajectories and even the rhetoric are so similar, “settled science”.
I tend not to be a basher of public education, but here I got nothing, because this is religious indoctrination and totally anti-science. They were trying to shut down debate and prevent any research that did not come to the same ridiculous conclusion from day one. This was “settled science” the moment it was invented.

I'm not doubting their sincerity. Sincerity and science fall along parallel lines.
Being in the environmental field, it gets rather irksome on a personal level.
The whole exposed East Anglia fraud would have sunk any scientific theory besides one that proscribes total government control of all energy. Nothing would have ever withstood such brazen manipulation of data and outright scientific fraud.

Today it's as if none of this even happened. Their memories are completely wiped, and this ridiculous fraud committed on an international scale and with the full support and funding of the United Nations, does not sway their total devotion to their god.
This is more than ten years ago. Commitment to their religion is stronger than ever, and their total ignorance of actual science is more persistent than ever.

I understand man made global warming is a theory, I just never saw the 97% conclusive evidence that the majority of believers say is out there.
I have a friend that is very intelligent, has multiple degrees (one in mechanical engineering) and other certifications, etc and works a very high level challenging job.
I had mentioned something to him one day about the man made global warming theory and how it had the potential to bankrupt us. He flipped out on me and said something to extent of he thought I was smart enough to know it was true and proven and how in the world I would be one of those denier types.
So anytime something comes along that says man made global warming might not be the correct theory, he laughs and acts like the people saying it are insane. In other words, he is not open to new information on the subject at this point in time, which is mind boggling to me for such a smart educated person.
I guess if the evening news isn't saying it, most people not listening

What I find so intellectually dishonest about the climate change crowd is emphatically stating 'the science is settled'. If it's so settled why do the predictions continue to change? What could possibly be more unscientific than advocating their 'science' is immune to challenge? Funny how leftists espouse questioning authority....with the understanding it's not to be used on their ideas.

The problem with the know-it-alls is that they mistake some education for omniscience and infallibility. At some point, their ability to see another side, and/or assimilate new knowledge becomes corrupted.
I.e., I studied a lot so therefore I know more than you do.
