Scope depreciation?

Curious on how much a scope is worth with 1 year of use and 300 rounds on it. NF nx8 2.5-20×50. I have a friend that is selling and I told him id buy it if he were to sell it. I have one already and really like the scope. Map price is $1950.00 plus tax or shipping.
I want a fair price for both parties. 10%, 15%, 20% off map price?

Search through the PX threads. NF holds that value pretty well it seems. 10-15% loss I feel.
