Rifle Scopes Scope for a .223 and a 6.5CM

Hey this is my first post so yeah Im probably not posting in the right spot but I was looking for some help buying a scope under $500 for my Howa 1500 LA .223 on an MDT Lss Gen 2
Mostly for hunting at around 2-400 yards dawn and dusk ,Ive also ordered a 6.5 Creedmore with a similar chassis so gonna need a scope for that too.

In that price range I'd focus on finding something from a good vendor and mfg with good warranty and return policies. Generally Burris, Athalon, Vortex, and Bushnell offer a lot of value for the money.

When you get it do a tall box test and verify that it mechaniclly works as it should.

For the 6.5 Creed id try to get something in the 5-25x power range as that seems to work really well with the effective range of the round.
