Hi,

I am putting together a new upper and need a scope.

For this build I have a 16" White Oak 1 in 7 twist SPR barrel, Aero Precision M4E1 upper receiver, their nickel boron bolt carrier group, ALG ACT trigger, ATLAS S1 M-LOK 15" handguard & American Defense Recon QD scope mount.

I have [2] similar carbines that are factory Aero, one has a Trijicon Credo 1-6 red segmented circle and the other a Credo HX 1-6 red LED dot BDC hunter. Love both of those but did not care for the reticle in their 2-10. Need it to be a 30mm tube and no more than 40mm objective.

Very happy with my handguard and trigger choices, just looking for a scope recommendation.

In a perfect world I would like a 2nd focal plane, capped turrets and a simple illuminated reticle.

Will be using it at a max of 300 yards, shooting from my stash of PMC X-TAC 62gr or Hornady Black 75gr.

I would get another Credo but my old eyes could use a little extra power.

Max budget of $1,200 for the scope.

Thanks, Mike

Why don’t you get a 3-18x XTR3 it’s less than your price range. Swap 30mm rings for 34mm.
