Scope Mount identification

I'm interested in doing a L129A2 clone. Does anyone recognize the mount that the Leupold is in?

I did some more digging, I don't think it's an Audere mount. It appears to be a Tier One Cantilever mount based on the visible hole pattern, bubble level, and pockets for accesory mounting.
