Rifle Scopes Scope mounting options for a Cooper

I will be receiving my Cooper M54 Pheonix in .243 in the future. I am looking at scope mounting options and have found two. I am considering a Ken Farrell 0 MOA rail and using NF or Badger low rings or Talley's one piece mounting system.

I'd like to hear your opinions or if you have a suggestion on something else please let me know.
