Rifle Scopes scope question

just got an osprey ill. scope for my ar ,the box says 30 mm body,,now for my dilema ,,i want the flip up scope covers from butler creek ,,anyone know the size or what size i need for this scope ?

vic, you need to know the OD of both ends of the scope, the body size dosn't matter.

Got a set of calipers? Measure the OD of both the objective and eye piece, and then consult this guide:
