Rifle Scopes Scope ring height question. Again..

I read the sticky note about ring height, but i am still blurry on how to measure the heights of the base and everything. I have an AIAE w a 3-12x50mm scope. Can someone shows me how to do the measurement to determine the ring height on this one?
