Scope ring identity?

Trying to help a woman who lost her husband recently.
Putting a lot of 50 cal “stuff” for sale here shortly, this is the last item I need to identify.

As you can see the numbers 4046 are stamped on the rings. They measure 1.2” from the bottom of the ring to the center of the 30mm tube.

Yes, went to their web site, looks like a Badger but can’t find a reference for the number 4046.

I want to be exact before I put them up for sale as you can understand.....

Thats not correct. Thats the serial number, they're made in matched pairs.
