I will be purchasing a new set of rings and a picatinny rail. What are the best rings/rail for the money (Badger, Night Focre, Farrell, Leupold, TPS, etc). I prefer steel components and need the rings to be 30mm. Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: Scope Rings and Picatinny Rail

I've got a Night Force 20MOA base on my 700 and love it. I bedded the base to the action the other day and found that it was one of the best fitting bases I've ever had.

Hi the seekins rings and bases are as good as any and better than most. they are high tensile alloy and actualy have a higher sheer strength than steel so look at the high end alloy over steel they are stronger and lighter.
