Scope Rings elevation

I have a custom build 300 PRC with a Defiance Deviant Action. Action also has a 30 MOA rail. I ordered SPUHR ISMS 0 MOA rings. However, it seems the scope is more level than canted down to the barrel. Am I losing elevation with the 0 MOA rings ? PS scope is a 7- 35 x 56 Nightforce F1 with Tremor 3 reticle

You probably won't visually notice. I have 20moa in my Defiance action and I can't see it.

Losing elevation? No you have the same as any rings or 0 moa mount on a 30 MOA base. If you mean are you leaving any elevation on the table or more precisely under your zero then probably with that scope but it doesn't mean there is an issue unless you plan to shoot it farther than you can dial and hold.
