Does type and brand of the scope rings matter I have a set of Leopold on her now

There has been a fair amount of discussion regarding vertically split rings and their shortcomings. I'm using Seekins, so I can't talk to that. Would love to give the one piece mounts/rings a shot in the near future.

Only matters if they stop working properly.

I’ve converted over to ARC exclusively. Was running either those or spuhr. But I can control the spacing a bit better with separate rings.

ARC rings are really nice and super easy install.

Last set I bought were seekins they seem pretty solid, never had trouble with badgers either.

Then the leupolds are about as good as youre gonna get short of adding a picatinny rail. I use the leupolds myself and like them on my hunting set up. Small and light weight.
