Rifle Scopes Scope selection for an fn pbr-xp .308 w/ 20" barrel

I'm a new member here at "The Hide", and have been reading a l lot your thread postings
to help me select a scope for my FN PBR-XP .308 bolt-gun w/ 20"barrel and a Near Mfg
picatinny rail w/ 20 MOA slope built in. My intended use for this rifle is target shooting on
steel plates out to 800 yds max range. I'm looking at both SFP and FFP non-illuminated
scopes and have a budget of about $900.00 max.


The SFP scopes I'm considering are:
Sightron S-III 3.5-10x44;
Vortex Viper HS-T 4-16x44;
Bushnell Elite-Tactical 2.5-16x42.

The FFP scopes I'm considering are:
SWFA SS 3-9x42;
SWFA SS 3-15x42;
Bushnell Elite-Tactical 3-12x44(G2DMR).

Look for a used Bushy G2DMR 3-21. Last one I snagged was 800 here.
