1. Illegals don't have Constitutional protections, so they are not subject to self-incrimination by answering yes.

It's friggen common sense, which is why the Communists are against it.

If you are not a citizen you do not get counted for representation or the vote.

Sure you may benefit from the recognition of our Constitution of rights that are universally applied to humanity but you only do so through abiding by our laws in the first place.
