Seating Depth Question 6.5cm

New to reloading and question regarding initial seating depth. If I did things right I am roughly 20 thousandths off the lands, overall cartridge length is 2.93 which seems a little long from what I have read on here regarding 6.5cm loads. Bullets are Berger hybrid target, 140g. I took the firing pin assembly out of the bolt and it closes smoothly at this depth. Is this a decent place to start?

No telling on where the gun is going to like it. I would start around 2.800. Most people are around 2.800 to 2.850 area. Also depending on what you read, some people like it close to the lands, some people start further away. 2.930 doesn't seem like there is a lot of bullet being held on by the neck. The Hybrids are not that sensitive to jump.
