Seating depth

I have a m-700 tac. 300 win mag. Using the spent round method of checking the seating depth I came up with 3.648 does that seem high or is base on each individual rifle? Using a 208 gr. amax.

Factory rifles have tons of free bore, if you can touch the lands, its going to be out there

I use the same method to determine oal to touch the lands---in my .300 WM with a stiller tac action and a Lilja barrel, 3.662 oal gets me to touch the lands.
