Secret Service Scope Rings

looking for an ID on the scope rings used by the Secret Service.
Specifically the front scope ring;
Double locking bolt
8 Screws for the ring Cap
Ring Cap is SIMRAD dovetail
Weaver rail capable as the base is the M24 scope base
Been looking for hours and i'm coming up empty

They look like Badger M40s with a Simrad cap.

Looks similar to Near Manufacturings Alpha mount.

They aren't badger rings.

The front ring is a solid block type, 4 screws either side of the ring cap and 2 locking bolts for the connection to the rail. They are spaced precisely to fit the 2 gooves on the front of the M24 one piece scope base.
