Rifle Scopes Seekins 30 MOA and RIng Hieght??

R700 Sendero II w/factory barrel contour.

Optic: NightForce 5.5-22x56mm

Rings: NightForce

Rail: Seekins 30 MOA

Can I get away with running medium rings on the Seekins 30 MOA base and still have enough clearance for the windage Bell to clear the front lip that is on the Seekins 30 MOA base? I prefer not to have to remove the lip from the front of the base. Rear ring will be mounted to the last rail on the rear of the base.

I have similar but not exactly the same setup. I used a Pierce 20moa rail and the medium rings would clear setup that way.
