Did Seekins make a Bolt Action 338 Lepua Mag Cir 2006? I just picked up a rifle that I was told was built by Seekins. It has what appears to be an early detachable trigger guard and a Seekins muzzle device. It is on a Remington 700 action and has a heavy fluted barrel approximately 26/27 inches long. Any information would be great.
