I bought seekins long action cip length dbm from a guy here on the hide. I was told that it would run the AI 300 win magazine's. I bought a used mag and it is obviously too short and won't work. Can somebody please tell me which magazine to use for 300 win mag in this bottom metal. Thanks for any help.

AI does not make a CIP length 300Win magazine.
The bottom is likely for a AI 338LM CIP mag or one of Seekins own mags.

I feel like I was talked into buying the dbm. I told the seller that it was wrong for me, and he said that it would take both mags. I paid $274 to have a single shot
