Rifle Scopes Seekins rings question

So I bought a used set of rings look brand new still in open box. Box even says med high .92" right? My question is where is this measured from cause I'm pretty damn sure these are med. Rings. Just eye balling them I have a set of lows and a set of med highs on rifles but it's hard to get a accurate measurement with them on the rifle. Anybody got a set laying around not mounted they can measure for me or tell me were the .92 comes from?

Well hell! From what I'm seeing here about .82 These are low rings then!!! If I'm measuring correctly?

.82" are 30mm tube low rings.
What optic are you running, what Picatinny rail, and what barrel contour?

To verify, mount ring on the rail being used and measure. Not all "Picatinny rails" are the same;
