One of my friends is wanting to buy one of my suppressors. He does live in the same state as I do. Since the suppressor is on a Form 4 with my name on it, would I have to put my name on 3a of the Form 4 that he is filling out?

Also would, he need to go through the 4473 to pick it up? Or when his Form 4 comes back, he can just pick it up with no problems.

Ditto Ditto, but check your state laws to see if they concider a suppressor a firearm, ( PA ) doesn't
