I'm going to start picking up some new stuff...

Ive got a ton of pvs-4/tvs-5 stuff that I'll being getting rid of:

1 NOS 2nd gen tube (flawless btw)
1 Isreali 2nd gen tube (ok)
1 flawless AA based housing PVS-4 3rd Gen NOS
1 TVS-5 WITH a 3 inch observers eye piece 3rd Gen NOS
2 pvs-4 eye peice assembiles
At least one of every available reticule
multiple AA converters
1 spare 95mm objective
Extra eye covers
ARMS 20 mount for pvs-4
DLOC-4 for pvs-4
Standard mount for pvs-4
Standard mount for TVS-5
Modified ARMS mount for tvs-5
battery housing for pvs/tvs4/5 unit

Question is:

How do I sell this stuff within the laws of the US?

Well, I posted the stuff for sale in the for sale section, and indicated that they need to sign the EULA I got with the MX-11620 tubes.

I guess that ought to work?

As long as you sell and ship it to a US addy you are GTG. Make sure you are getting paid with US funds from a US source. Sell stuff like that all the time with no issue at all.

We cant even figure out who the illegal aliens ("undocumented workers" if you're a lib) are, let alone know who is who when selling ITAR stuff... Omega is right on.

retailers sell this type of stuff new domestically without making the buyer sign anyhting special as far as im aware...
