Developing story but caught my eye today. Only additional info in the article is the following:

"Fox News Digital obtained the notice sent to congressional members Wednesday, which pointed to "an urgent matter with regard to a destabilizing foreign military capability that should be known by all Congressional Policy Makers."

Curious if this will turn out to be a dud or something real, maybe we'll find out? Curious on everyone's thoughts as always. Link below.

On the long list of "foreign military capabilities", I can think of one that sticks out as the worst case scenario to destabilize...someone failing to maintain full accountability of their stockpile of certain types of weapons. Again, worst case and complete speculation but that would make things interesting to say the least.

Just read that article, appreciate it. Perhaps it's a new capability that's not yet fielded or is in development. Or a bunch of distraction/fluff.
