Good times breed weak men. We are now seeing the cumulative effects of 3+ generations of weak and entitled cucks feasting off of the prosperity that had been brought to this country by the tough men of the 1930s to the 1970s who won wars, built infrastructures, revolutionized modern medicine, and made the first steps to conquer the final frontier of space. What do they get back in return from the parasitic couple of generations afterwards? The phrase "OK boomer"...

Not sure which will set off rebellion first, firearms restrictions or racial re-education, aI think it’s even money on either. Proposals presented in the Dalton school in New York:
- Hiring 12 full-time diversity officers, and multiple psychologists to support students "coping with race-based traumatic stress."
- Assigning a staffer dedicated to black students who have "complaints or face disciplinary action," and a full-time advocate to help black kids "navigate a predominantly white institution."
- Paying the student debt of black staffers upon hiring them.
- Requiring courses that focus on "Black liberation" and "challenges to white supremacy."
- Compensating any student of color who appears in Dalton promotional material.
- Abolishing high-level academic courses by 2023 if the performance of black students is not on par with non-blacks.
- Requiring "anti-racism" statements from all staffers.
- Overhauling the entire curriculum, reading lists and student plays to reflect diversity and social justice themes.
- Divesting from companies that "criminalize or dehumanize" black people, including private prisons and tech firms that manufacture police equipment or weapons.
- Donating 50 percent of all fundraising dollars to NYC public schools if Dalton is not representative of the city in terms of gender, race, socioeconomic background, and immigration status by 2025.

I did welding and repair work in that school building in the past... The staff always came off to me as wealthy suburbanite Karens with nothing else to occupy their hands so they only have limited options to choose from:

Here in Texas, our property taxes are insane to support these gold plated schools that don't teach basic history of our nation and Texas and are mostly shut down because of the Covid.
My wife has been basically home schooling our 2nd grade grandson all year via Zoom and other software that links to the school. The stuff they are teaching, especially the "new math" has been a real eye opener for me.
We are at the cusp of either a paradigm shift or the destruction of our Republic as we know it. The SCOTUS rejection of the Texas suit is an indication of how deep the swamp is. Robert's has been bought and paid for (prove me wrong).
I will be turning 70 on New Year's Eve so I'm a pissed off old SOB that is still in reasonably good shape and well stocked with necessities.

Many, if not most of the names in the modern (1890-1960) educational field responsible for creating "modern learning and teaching systems", have been devout leftists and socialists. They all want to propagate the hive mind, conformity, and mass acceptance of what they deem is orthodox. Many of these academic figures are also responsible the biggest pushes in gun control from the 1960s to the 90s. Before they became obsessed with banning guns, they were focused on trying to ban alcoholic beverages and brothels.

i have to disagree with you on this one, @Blue Sky Country....for maybe the first time. the vast majority of baby boomers i know, including my parents, are the “me, i, me, i....me me me, i i i” kind of people. i know a few exceptions to that, but in my time on this earth, most of them i’ve met could use a heavy kick in their selfish ass.
if you ask me how this country went to shit, i’ll lay it squarely on the fucking baby boomers. and i will even put some blame on the “greatest generation” for letting the bullshit start. but to be fair to them....they paid their dues. i’ve seen big gains in personal freedoms in the last 15 years....previous to that, it was not real free. and when did the restrictions i grew up with start? back in their generation.
in some ways, we are more free than we’ve ever been. but we are on the verge of losing it ALL. talk about walking a razor’s edge....

The actual baby boomer generation contains an AWFUL lot of first-generation hippies and "militant activists", so that is probably why there are so many entitled boomers today who never got much of a reality check. The "good times create weak men" phase had already started in the early 60s, and the same tough men who built the space program and the Saturn V rockets had shared their time period with many Nation of Islam and Weathermen terrorists, many whom ascended into politics and legislative careers in the 80s and are responsible for the fuckery going on right now.
The phrase "OK boomer" itself has now became a derogatory statement against anyone giving conservative or "old fashioned" viewpoints, not just old veterans and farmers. I've had that shit used against me a couple of times, by mofos who look years older than me...
Both of my parents we boomers as am I. I grew up in a household that 2 teenagers ran. Please don't talk to me about how easy it was for them or me. I frame houses and dog 20 yr olds on daily basis. When I moved out of the family construction business to learn I use to absolutely dog guys in their 30's just to get them to quit so I could move up. At 56 in an occupation that 30 is an old man I'm not as fast as I once was but I refuse to get dogged by some candy ass millenial Xer Yzer or the latest whatever she is.

You'all need to knock it off talking about boomers. I worked after school and summers busting truck tires in a corner gas station. After graduation I hooked poles for the light company for 35 years. 24/7 in all types of weather working on stuff that can kill ya. I paid cash for my 2 sons college and they got degrees in fields that pays them well. Very well! They worked after school and during the summer on local farms.
