So I just mounted my new Vortex Viper HS LR and took it out to zero it.
Unfortunately for me, it was super windy, but anyway I have a question with how far the vertical turret should be raised (twisted up) when zeroing for 100 yards?
I had to raise mine a full revolution or more from the bottomed out position in order to get anywhere near the target. Is this normal? I just don't want to do something wrong when setting this up.
If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it!
