NAW, it's so far going by the honor system as far as posting the targets (good idea though). as it's basically just for fun we're not mailing them to anyone
we do post the scores depending on the match shot, as described in the rules. examples below:

Thanks! You are the guy to beat. They won't allow gongs at my range, which sucks because I bought one just for these comps.
My goal is a perfect 300 for the 200 Yard target. I don't know if I have it in me. I have shot a bunch of times since then and amazingly, my highest aggregate score so far was my first time (the one I scored here).
I bought a concentricity gauge, but it doesn't fit 22LR ammo. Looks like I need to pony up for the 22LR version. Every bit helps.
