Hey there, as is, will the saddle attach directly to a ball head that has an arca plate? I couldn’t tell from the pics but it kinda looks like the bottom-most part of the saddle protrudes enough and is sized for an arca.
I’m running that ball head set up for a couple of my rifles, and have had a small 3” rail installed on the rifles. But I have two others that are really nice, hand made wooden stocks and I don’t wanna drill holes and mount anything on them....so I figured I’d use a saddle.
I know your saddle will pair with an arca, I’m just not sure if It requires an additional adapter.
