Rifle Scopes Shepherd BRS Feedback?

Does anyone have hands on experience with the Shepherd BRS scope? I am looking at one for a 22lr Trainer but couldn't find any feedback online about them. Scope will also share time with a Long Range 22 cal AR (224 Valkyrie, 22 Creed, 22 Grendel, etc.) when the upper gets built.

They also have a more standard reticle that I was looking at.

I am hoping to find someone that can tell me about the quality of the turrets and optics and what are comparable other models of scope that have the similar quality. I don't want to pay 400+ for a scope that has the quality of PA 4-14 that I can find for way less.

I had one back in the late 90s before I knew better. The quality was OK but I didn’t use the toilet for tracking. He is right up there with HORUS for crazy devotion to a poor idea. The one thing I would like to see more of other scope makers develop, is a combination of first and second focal plane reticles. My shepherd I have is literally the only one I’ve ever seen.
