Shipping loaded ammo???

You should be ok with UPS ground, not second day or any type of air shipments. You can also ask to have a ORD sticker on package even though some don't.

Just check with your local UPS folks, shouldn't be a problem.

Ammo has to have "Cartridges, small arms & ORM-D" label on box.

Has to go ground.

My local FedEx main hub (air) won't receive and transfer to FedEx ground but that is the local employees don't understand the rules.

UPS hasn't been an issue for me.

Primers are a class 1.4s explosive and requires you to be a haz mat certified shipper.

What about USPS flat rate box?

USPS will only ship ORM-D, consumer commodity and will not ship ammo. Big poster on way into most post offices that specifically states what can / can not be shipped.

Use UPS or Fed Ex. Print out and put a couple of the label below on it and you will have no trouble. I use word and put 3 on a page and print them off. Just shipped some out the other day.
