WTF kinda jail/prison is this?? How the hell can inmates access ceiling panels/jimmy doors open?? WTF!! This facility appears to be a total shit show. Generators running out of fuel?? Sounds like some maint. personnel need to be FIRED! Glad when I was a C.O./OIC, my operation was a "tight ship", because I would NOT want to write that report!! Mac
