Great for hunting, glassing and shooting at all heights. 3/8" - 16 pitch threads for head attachment. Lock screws for head so it is nice and secure, this is an excellent light weight tripod. Comes with spike feet, allen wrenches and a very nice padded carry bag that has room for the head to remain attached to the tripod during storage. The center post has a hook to hang a backpack or other item. $500 shipped
