Hello everyone Mark here at Short Action Customs. Overall we have had great feedback regarding our custom reloading dies. Customer feed back is extremely important to us and we have been getting some reports of circular ring marks on the bullet nose from the bullet seating operation.
We increased our neck tension on freshly stainless tumbled brass and were able to duplicate the problem here in the shop. So what we did was modify some seating stems to match the shape of modern long range bullets. We tested 5 popular 6mm bullets with our new modified bullet seating stems and could not duplicate the problem.
